SCRR Pow Wow Registration

Early registration has been extended to Thursday, May 7.

  • On or before May 7 – Chartered – $55.00
  • On or before May 7 – Non-Chartered – $65.00
  • After May 7 – Chartered – $65.00
  • After May 7 – Non-Chartered – $75.00

*An outpost does not need to be chartered to attend Pow-Wow.  Non-chartered outposts will pay a higher registration fee. If your outpost charter is not current and you would like to charter, please contact your district director.

Any Expedition Ranger age 18+ still in high school MUST register as ER+.

All persons registered will receive a t-shirt.  List each person attending Pow Wow including their group and t-shirt size.  Do not include district staff, service patrol, or volunteers from your church/outpost. Shirt sizes are ordered based on early registration numbers.  If you register after the early deadline, you may not receive the correct sizes for your outpost.

Pastor must be On-Staff at your church. Adult includes Leaders and Parents.

REFUND POLICY:  No refunds will be made.  Any outpost submitting funds greater than attendance will receive a credit toward the next district event or to a SCRR Store order, less $1.00/person.  Any credit must be used by December 31 of the same calendar year or it will be considered a donation.

MEDICAL FORMS: ALL persons attending Pow-Wow must have a current SCRR medical form.  The medical forms are available on the web site – Links and Forms – South Carolina Royal Rangers (scdrr-sffcf.com). Please remind your Ranger parents and all leaders this form MUST BE NOTARIZED WITH NOTARY SEAL!  Your cooperation is appreciated.

PASTOR’S AUTHORIZATION OF ADULT WORKERS.  This form is available on the same web page.  A staff pastor must initial beside the name of each adult and then sign the bottom of the form.  This form is mandatory and is for the protection of our Rangers.  DO NOT MAIL this form with your registration.  Bring it with you to Pow-Wow.
